🤢 When we control the things we can then we don’t have to stress so much over the things we can’t control…. Who agrees? What I want to know is who ever thought this was a good idea? Did you know when you touch receipts it exposes you to almost 1000x more pthalates than plastic water bottles . 😳😳Then what makes it worse is when you put hand sanitizer at the checkout it actually makes it absorb into the body even further…. These things may seem insignificant but they all add up and cause many health issues… educating ourselves and protecting ourselves against things like this are so important 💫

Long walks outdoors are the secret to a lean body and a productive and creative mind.

If you aren’t hitting at least 8K steps a day at minimum then you’re missing out on the impact walking has on your life.

Move your body to move your mind is something I live by.

What do I mean by this?

Walks in nature throughout my day to shift stagnancy in my mind and avoid any potential burnout.

The mind-body connection is a profound one. When our bodies are stimulated with efficient movement our minds can operate with greater levels of productivity.

You don’t have to exert yourself crazily to be in phenomenal physical condition. I personally only go to the gym to three to four times a week max these days and I still remain a fairly low body fat percentage just by hitting 12-15K steps each day.

Radiofrequency emissions from strong wireless networks have been linked to headaches, nosebleeds, and nausea. Smart meters may also contribute to health issues. Cumulative radiation exposure, especially for children, is concerning. Even manufacturers advise not holding phones against your ear. Radio frequency radiation is possibly cancer-causing and may contribute to neurological and developmental problems in children🤬

The wireless industry spends millions lobbying, making it hard to challenge their power, even with facts. We urgently need more research; U.S. funding is almost nonexistent. The WHO 🤬 has classified cell phones as possibly carcinogenic, similar to lead and engine exhaust.

To reduce exposure:

Use a wired earpiece or speakerphone.
Turn WiFi off at night.
Limit WiFi/device time, especially for children.
