Our ‘modern’ lifestyles just don’t do us any favors at all. We are now more disconnected from others than ever before, more people are sick and depressed, with no real solutions being given by “the experts”... but there are some really easy steps we can all take now -
1. Take off your shoes for 10 mins a day and ground.
2. 5 mins breathing exercise am and pm (or when needed).
3. Replace at least 1 meal a day with a fresh home prepared meal largely consisting of fruit or vegetables.
4. Make time to meet a friend in person OR help someone in your local community.

🌾 Is it really gluten, or is it glyphosate?🌾
Many people blame gluten for digestive issues, but there’s more to the story— and it starts with how our food has changed.

Did you know that wheat, oats, beans, and even seed oils aren’t what they used to be? Over the past few decades, gluten itself has been altered through hybridization, making it harder for some to digest. But there’s another hidden culprit— glyphosate (the active ingredient in many herbicides). 🌱
