🔖 Pro Tip: Steroid clearance times

💡 The testing methods in use today, involves the analysis of the testosterone/epitestosterone (T/E) ratio, with the upper limit being set at a ratio of about 6:1 testosterone to epitestosterone. Epitestosterone is a byproduct of the metabolism of testosterone.

ℹ️ Most oil based steroids will need at least four to five months to clear. Some of them do better, some worse.

Up to 3 weeks before a drug test event:
Two orals are featured here and they are:
Anavar (oxandrolone)
Winstrol (stanozolol)
Both of these orals are absorbed into the system quickly and out as fast.

✔️ To be stopped five weeks before an event:
Three more orals featured include:
Dianabol (methandrostenolone)
Primobolan (methenolone acetate)

To be stopped two months before an event:
Five injectables which include:
Winstrol (stanozolol)
Primobolan (methenolone enanthate)
Masteron (drostanolone propionate)
Testosterone cypionate, decanoate and enanthate.

‼️ Finally, Deca Durabolin and NPP (both nandrolone esters that have been linked to several 19-nortestosterone positives) should be avoided at all costs, especially when the event/contest is guaranteed to be tested. Both of these products can be identified in the system for up to a year and half, according to tests. Obviously, the steroid's potency would have dwindled significantly over time.

🔖 Peptides for bodybuilding

🧬 Because peptides are smaller, broken-down chains of amino acids, they are absorbed quickly by the body and some even have ability to penetrate various tissues. The structure of peptides is similar to certain hormones and/or messaging compounds that have diverse effects in the body and are involved in a variety of processes including the production of hormones and DNA. But what can peptides do in your body? As discussed before, peptides can engage and activate several receptors throughout the human body, influencing a variety of bodily processes. These include:

🔖 Some facts about abdominals

To develop your abdominals and midsection fancy apparatuses are not required!
Thousands of repetitions of sit ups are not necessary! What is mandatory is a proper
knowledge of what drives results and to maintain a laser like focus every moment during
the small plane of motion of each abdominal stimulating repetition. Lets look at some
facts as well as dispel some myths concerning your abdominals:

🔹 Abdominals are a smaller muscle and therefore recuperate fast. Training three
times a week can be beneficial.
🔹 Your lower back must always be trained with your abdominals for core
stabilization (strong torso) and lower back/spine health.
🔹 There is a point where intense contraction tension training is more beneficial than to continue to increase weight.
🔹 Abdominals will see better results if training stimulus is concentrated on time
under tension as opposed to high repetitions.
🔹 Low body fat is required to see results from abdominal training. Therefore diet is
crucial.
🔹Sit-ups are more of a hip flexor stimulating exercise than abdominal. It is
important to include sit ups in every workout but near the end and only after
proper abdominal work is complete.
🔹 Exercises which secure the feet are more likely to stimulate the hip flexors as
opposed to abdominals.
🔹 To excel in nearly all exercises a strong torso is necessary. For example squats,
barbell curls, military press and back rowing exercises all benefit from a strong
torso.
🔹 The plane of motion to train abdominals is very small.

🔖 Weed and Bodybuilding

🌳 Cannabinoids, such as tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabidiol (CBD), cannabinol (CBN) and cannabigerol (CBG) affect the endocannabinoid system’s (ECS) CB1 and CB2 receptors. The ECS is a complex biological system that regulates sleep, recovery, pain, appetite, inflammation, immune system, among many other processes. Cannabinoid receptors are present in both muscle and fat tissues, as well as in many organs throughout the human body. We’ll go over some of the more relevant considerations regarding cannabis usage:

Biorhythms: how do they affect your results in the gym?

It’s common sense between elite athletes and bodybuilders that keeping a precise routine is key for achieving maximum results. Having a set schedule to wake up and go to sleep every day at the same time, timing your meals down to the minute and training every day at a consistent time are often described as a must if you want to take things to the next level, but what is the science behind it?

As a matter of fact, this subject has been studied for about 3000 years, dating back to the ancient Greeks. It has been shown that understanding our biorhythms may positively affect several aspects of our lives, including but not limited to muscle growth, the ability to lose fat, prevention of some diseases, as well as providing grounds for an optimized training and eating routine.

🧠 Does Trenbolone cause Alzheimer’s

Trenbolone (also known as Trienolone and Trienbolone) is a Nandrolone (19-Nortestosterone) derivative and perhaps the most infamous AAS ever developed.

It was first synthesized from Nandrolone in the late 1960s and starting in the early 1970s it was sold for the purpose of growing lean mass and increasing appetite in cattle.

🟢 Weed and AAS

We all know about “pot”, “ganja”, or “Mary Jane”. This ancient herb, that has been smoked, or ingested for medical, religious or recreational purposes almost since the dawn of man.

In recent years, more and more states in the world (starting with the US), have been legalizing weed… for medical use at first, with more and more states allowing even recreational use.

☝🏻The 4 stages of competence: mastering your mind for better results

Have you ever heard the phrase “bodybuilding is not a 100-meter dash, but rather a marathon”? In my opinion, whoever came up with that analogy is spot-on, not only in the physical aspect of it, but also in the mental aspect. As a matter of fact, I personally have seen countless cases of people who tried to take the fast route only to find themselves disappointed by the (lack of) results, simply because not everyone has the right genetics to benefit from a heavy usage of steroids or are not suited to withstand a professional bodybuilder’s training routine, not to mention the health-related complications sustained during the process.
