I've tried it, and Vulkan in Blender is an unstable piece of shit. The only way to fix it is to use it and report bugs.
In my case, the whole Blender installation got so unstable, that it can't be launched anymore.

Hell is Us is available as a free demo on Steam and it isn't ready at all. The game has an extremely odd player controller with a forced camera and inconsistent reaction to obstacles.
And the level design feels outdated by three decades. Despite it was made by some of people who created Deus Ex Mankind Divided 😑
