The first stage to healing is recognising that there is something wrong - once we realise this then we can start to heal...so many of us think these symptoms are 'normal' but they are not - we should be feeling energetic, happy and motivated most of the time - if you are not don't worry - just start looking for solutions and the right information will come to you to help turn this around. Many of us are caught in a stress cycle - this can push our Cortisol balance off with disastrous consequences - taking these symptoms seriously and getting help to address this is so important, as it can lead to serious health issues and poor quality of life. My top tips are 1. Exercise - free and a quick way to lower cortisol 2. Look at your diet - when we eat processed foods we stress our body - fact - introduce some organic fruit and veg or high quality shakes and supplements (get advice if needed) 3. Magnesium - start with a high quality magnesium spray - magnesium is crucial for managing our stress response and most of us are deficient 4. Recognising you are in a chronic state of stress is the first step - common signs are given above. It doesn’t have to be that way…in fact its vital that once you recognise this you make changes ASAP as chronic stress is a killer… when we are young we think that we and our body can cope - but its all taking a toll and, if not addressed, its ‘if’ not ‘when’ this will floor us, physically or emotionally.
