I've tried it, and Vulkan in Blender is an unstable piece of shit. The only way to fix it is to use it and report bugs.

In my case, the whole Blender installation got so unstable, that it can't be launched anymore.

In Blender, you can now get extra add-ons from beyond the core team. One of them is called PAWS Bakery. And it supports simple (or fairly complex) textures baking for game engines.

Check PAWS Bakery in Preferences > Get Extensions.

And a few more hours of texturing, baking, and this is the result in Godot. Made in Blender 4.4 and 4.5 and rendered in Godot 4.4 with physical lighting units.

Blender is preparing DLSS upscaling, made from NVIDIA RTX Overdrive library. It will make rendering nearly instant on modern GPUs.

And it will make Radeon and Intel GPUs yet again pointless for Blender.
