Cities Skylines II appeared to be unplayable and Steam reviews are negative. But sadly the initial sales are high and there were over 100K online players during the launch.
Folks, stop buying poorly delivered games, it's getting ridiculous! For example, even 4090 can't handle maximum settings in this case: 30 FPS at 1080p, 10 at 4K.
