Take-Two is shutting down Roll7 (OlliOlli World, Rollerdrome) and Intercept Games (Kerbal Space Program 2).
Two indie Dutch studios are also announced that they are shutting down — KeokeN Interactive (Deliver us the Moon) & Paladin Studios (Cut The Rope Remastered, Strombound, etc).
It seems that KeokeN is trying to stay alive by keeping a small team and look for funding. Their GDC investment tour failed this year but there are a couple of people left who will try to do something for some more months.

My beloved Dragon Age Inquisition is 85% off on Steam (for the full edition with all DLCs). The game hated by fans of the DA Origin, but it aged well: memorable companions quests, epic moments, true #RPG feel where choices matter, etc.

License agreement was changed and the company tried to pretend that an account was always required (it was optional). Users are now twice angrier because of such a outrageous lie.
In some regions the company will store sensitive information (photo and scan of the government issued ID) which looks awful since Sony was hacked dozens of times recently.
The overall Steam score is now mixed and recent is mostly negative. Oddly enough, many positive reviews are also criticizing the game (maybe they are unaware how to switch it to negative)?.
