Are you waiting for Indiana Jones? 🤔 Be aware that Ray tracing is REQUIRED!
UPD: Bethesda said that only review copies were affected to prevent leaks. The release version will not have Denuvo.

The original post:

Denuvo has been secretly added to Indiana Jones. Verdict — let it sink! According to game stores: no one buys physical copies and the situation is way worse than it was with Star Wars Outlaws or Dragon Age The Veilguard.

With the recent system requirements (RTX only) and Denuvo the game is aiming to fail completely.

The game that promised you stealth walkthrough but smoke bomb skill is in a different country in a paid DLC that you will never try.

From admin: The scariest part of the game for me is how good it could be if it would be smaller and deeper. Longer side quests, better platforming (there are sights of level design, like there was platforming at some point), more survival features, and obviously a better main story.

In 2021, EA made a pledge to let the wider game industry use its accessibility-related patents at no cost, and now the publisher has added 23 new patents to its lineup.

As of today, third parties can freely use patented technology such as improved speech recognition, simplified speech tech in games, and the ability to create more personalized speech. The broad aim is for this tech to assist players with speech disabilities or those who need help verbally expressing themselves.

There are many more ones in the lineup, like technologies to detect photosensitivity (including a dedicated Unreal Engine plugin for it).

Game Industry Revenue. Pay attention, that these numbers are not adjusted for inflation. For example, $40B in 1982 is about $131B today.

A trillion-dollar company needs to use AI to save money. If you look closely, the zombie character in the picture has six fingers. Call of Duty enthusiasts have long speculated that the developers of Black Ops 6 might be utilizing AI to design their map layouts. This theory gained further traction with the recent update with this new loading screen, which seemingly confirms that AI is indeed being employed in certain aspects of the game.

It's fine to have 100+ hours games but not fine if EVERY GAME tries to be a 100 hour game.
