📎 Responsibilities:
- Company internal event and communication management;
- Secure budget, confirm with HR management;
- Ensure enrollment of Intercom activities company wide: make necessary preparations , recruit participants, supervise preparations, engage volunteers for support;
- Support preparation of Gender Holidays & NY celebrations in "tuen to key format" : align budget, draft gift and agenda option, approve budget, work with procurement on necessary vendor contracting;
- Support, transform and develop intercom channels: corporate mailing, corp telegram, digital screens in office;
- Work together with L&D and Talent Partners: help to arrange workshops with bottom team, collect plans from HODs on SCI improvement, analyse corp results and develop programs on corporate level aimed at engaement enhancement;
- Promote Intercom and share experience with CIS HR.

- Proven experience in leading Intercom function and corporate events in organization for at least 3 years;

- ales data management (MCS, CMI, FOTA);
- P&L reports verification;
- Shopping malls analysis, monobrand competitive landscape analysis, retail mapping;
- SES opening/closing process support;
- Trade-mark management support.
📎 Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience;
- Upper-Intermediate English Level;
- MS office (Excel, PPT, Access), Power BI;
- Progamming skills would be plus.
