anyone using supplements needs to know this as they come with benefits BUT also possible risks and limitations. The Relive Greens is a whole food source, including well-balanced magnesium - if you take a 'magnesium supplement' where it lists the magnesium amount on the label that is an isolated, and often, synthetic version. Nothing in nature e.g. an apple, has a label with exact nutritional quantities on it, because everything in nature is unique –YES there are similarities, but the exact ratio of vitamins, minerals, fibre etc is different in each apple.
