Strong muscles, bones and teeth, balanced hormones, a healthy nervous and cardiovascular system, well-functioning detoxification pathways and much more depend upon cellular magnesium. It’s really hard to detect a magnesium deficiency as very little magnesium is in our blood - so we need to tune in with our bodies and listen when they are crying out for help.

We hear a lot about dealing with ‘the root cause’ - of whatever our symptoms are, but what does this mean?
