Recognising you are in a chronic state of stress is the first step - common signs are given above. It doesn’t have to be that way…in fact its vital that once you recognise this you make changes ASAP as chronic stress is a killer… when we are young we think that we and our body can cope - but its all taking a toll and, if not addressed, its ‘if’ not ‘when’ this will floor us, physically or emotionally. My page is all about escaping the stress trap, knowing why we are so out of balance and more importantly what we can do about it.
