In an attempt to consolidate control and intensify bombardments, Israel is demanding the evacuation of homes in al-Bureij, al-Zahra and selected areas in Nuseirat. These regions, once again labeled as military operation zones, are witnessing a heartbreaking exodus as families grapple with the harsh reality of displacement.

As news of these orders spread, a profound sense of fear and uncertainty permeates Maghazi refugee camp, where I, like many others, find myself caught in the throes of this crisis.

Daily routines are punctuated by questions that linger in the air: Will our homes be the next to face evacuation?

🇵🇸 ‘It’s Bisan From Gaza, And I’m Fleeing For The 7th Time’ | AJ+

After sheltering in Khan Younis for 50 days, Bisan Owda was forced to flee again. She has now fled seven times, this time to Rafah.  

Israeli forces dropped leaflets warning Palestinians to evacuate as they started bombing the areas around Nasser Hospital, the largest medical facility in southern Gaza.

About 1 million people, half of Gaza’s population, is now trying to find shelter in Rafah. Bisan says people know they won’t escape bombing there, but are fleeing anyway because of Israel’s expansion of its ground invasion.

Top UN human rights expert has accused Israel of breaking international law with its relentless bombardment of Gaza. Francesca Albanese says Israel's right to self defence doesn't allow it to ignore the rules of proportionality and ensure protection of civilians. 🇵🇸 Israeli army launches new, massive wave of forced displacement against the people of Gaza City and North Gaza

Palestinian Territory – The Israeli army began waging a new war of terror early this morning, forcibly displacing the people living in Gaza City and North Gaza and causing another massive wave of internal displacement. This is part of Israel’s genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, ongoing since 7 October 2023.

Tens of thousands of Gazans were displaced from multiple areas of Gaza City, and now have nowhere left to go, amid conflicting displacement orders issued by the Israeli army and no safe passages. This comes along with the Israeli military’s systematic and widespread genocidal war of starvation and deliberate, indiscriminate killing of Palestinian civilians in the Strip.
