Andrei Kartapolov, Chairman of the Defense Committee of the Russian “Duma”, said on Sunday that Moscow may reconsider the timing of using nuclear weapons if the threats facing Russia increase.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on Sunday that it had thwarted an attempted drone attack by Ukraine, and 36 drones were destroyed in various regions of southwestern Russian territory during the past night.
