Wait, it's real!
Tron Legacy was a masterpiece and I've watched it four times in a movie theater (twice in IMAX) in just a couple of weeks. Despite a questionable plot, it has enough depth into it and amazing world building. The sound and visual designes, made to evolve over oddities of the first movie, were also spectacular. Will it be possible to grow it further?

Apparently, Minecraft movie is on track to become a commercial hit. It earned $10m+ during the preview evening, $100m+ on its first day and is now aiming for $260m+ by the end of the weekend.
Wait, is it bad or what? It's rather dumb, but somewhat passionate and filled with references for true fans. It makes sense to watch if you have kids and they are into it.

Oddly enough, NVIDIA decided they need some good news too and finally open sourced the GPU kernel for Physx.
For a few years their physics library was open source in general, but was able to run on a CPU if NVIDIA GPU wasn't found. Now it's in the past and 3rd party GPUs may become compatible.
They also messed up with RTX 50, which is on a hardware level unable to run 32-bit Physx in old games. It may be fixed by some software tricks now.

Tim accidentally boosted meme coins prices by x30, when he mentioned them in a joke about IRS requirements to report income from criminal activities.
Now he's a spiritual leader of all meme coins, trying to stop it all, and getting Streisand effect. It's hilarious to watch 🍿 (he's generally a nice guy but struggles with some social communications).
