This is a payback for all the cringe I had to endure with those companions. I purposefully set Dragon Age Veilguard companions up to fail in the final mission to dispose of them. Because they're annoying bunch. Good riddance.

It seems that everyone is generally pleased with Avowed: the game isn't trying to be a huge step forward, but making such a great step back, compared to "modern gaming"!
You can be evil, you can be who you wanna be. The world is big, but not huge and overwhelming, and the whole thing is a bit mediocre by modern standards, but has a very nice flow. It's odd to share a GOOD review by IGN these days! 😁
