One small hint for 3D modellers: if you are hosting your art on any stock website, the default option is usually to allow AI to train on your art (both 2D and 3D).
This one on the screenshot is CGTrader, but all of them do it unless you specify on each post that training is restricted.

It's a #TacticalShooter with modern weapons and swappable weapons upgrades. Currently it's a pre-alpha, but it's worth trying. In the demo you can even change seasons and time of day (and it works seamlessly).

A great question about immersion that also works for games: how to make fake things believable up to the point where the viewer can almost touch it?
Jokes aside: Star Wars Jedi game series do this very well, the original scrapyard level is one of the best opening that provides proper establishment for characters and location.
