One small hint for 3D modellers: if you are hosting your art on any stock website, the default option is usually to allow AI to train on your art (both 2D and 3D).
This one on the screenshot is CGTrader, but all of them do it unless you specify on each post that training is restricted.

Currently, the court suspect that despite unclear legal status, existing models may massively violate Digital Millennium Copyright Act and legal rights of millions of creators.
