በ2017 የትምህርት ዘመን የአቅም ማሻሻያ ፕሮግራም (Remedial Program) ለመከታተል የመቁረጫ ነጥብ ተወስኗል።
በዚህም በ2016 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያ አገር አቀፍ ፈተና የወሰዱና እንደተፈተኑት የትምህርት አይነት ብዛት 31% ከመቶ እና ከዚያ በላይ ያመጡ ተማሪዎች በሁሉም አማራጮች (በግል እና በመንግስት ተቋማት) የሪሚዲያል ፕሮግራም መከታተል ይችላሉ ተብሏል።
በመንግስት ተቋማት ወጪያቸው በመንግስት ተሸፍኖ የሪሚዲያል ፕሮግራም የሚከታተሉ ተማሪዎች የመቁረጫ ነጥብ ዝርዝር ከላይ ተያይዟል።

Our panel discussion at Addis Ababa University was a remarkable experience.
