Yesterday the AFU launched its third offensive in the Krasny #Lyman direction (the first two were successfully repelled by the town's garrison).
The main strike this time was launched to the north-west of the town, bypassing the town from the direction of the #Oskol Reservoir and under the cover of artillery located behind it.
Consequently, after taking control of the village of #Rubtsy and reaching the village of #Drobyshevo, today the enemy tried to extend its success towards the village of #Redkodub (up to two companies with 25 BMUs), but was met with heavy fire from Russian artillery and retreated back to #Rubtsy.
Nevertheless, by evening it is trying to gain a foothold in Koroviy Yar (the result is still unclear) and thus the enemy's main intention is already clearly visible, and therefore it is very likely that tomorrow will be the critical part of the third assault of Krasny Lyman.
But no matter how difficult it was for the volunteers from the Kuban and the Russian Armed Forces soldiers in Krasny #Lyman today, the main result of almost two weeks of fighting for this key city is that despite the numerical superiority of the AFU, they did not allow the enemy to repeat the success that they had achieved in the #Balakleya-#Izyum area. At the same time, the enemy's losses in this area have already exceeded those of the entire Balakley-Izyum offensive.

Ukrainian Forces continue their counter-offensive to reach the LPR borders and flank the grouping of Allied Forces.
▪️ Units of the Ukrainian Forces' 14th and 92nd Brigades continue to move their troops across the #Oskol River through the established crossing in the #Dvurechnoye area. Assault units of the 14th Brigade occupied #Gryanikovka and #Gorobyevka.
In addition, Ukrainian servicemen entrenched themselves on the outskirts of #Dvurechnoye.
▪️ Separate units of the 92 Brigade, with fire support from artillery groups of the 14th Brigade, attempt to entrench on the northern and northwestern outskirts of #Kupyansk, using a pontoon.
▪️ During the fighting for #Kupyansk, the Ukrainian Forces suffered significant losses. 1 battalion of the 14th Brigade has been deployed to the conflict zone to support Ukrainian troops. ▪️ Daily unsuccessful attacks on positions of Russian Forces by small groups from the direction of #Ozernoye and #Shchukovo continue.
▪️ About a company of the enemy, supported by armoured vehicles, is fighting on the south-western outskirts of #Yampol from the direction of #Dibrova.
North of #Lyman:
▪️ AFU units are advancing on the bridgehead near #Redkodub, the small village of #Katerinovka is occupied.
▪️ In an effort to gain a foothold on the Svatovo-Makeevka-Terny-Lyman road, which supplies the #Lyman grouping of the Russian Forces, Ukrainian formations attacked the small village of #Kolodezi from three directions. The Russian soldiers managed to repulse the attack.
▪️ North of #Kolodezi, the enemy mobile groups reached the western bank of the #Zherebets River.
▪️ Units of the AFU continue to expand the bridgehead near the #Oskol River, advance towards the village of #Borovoye, occupied the village of Peski-Radkovsky. Enemy mobile groups are operating near the southern outskirts of #Podlyman.
West of #Lyman:
▪️ Ukrainian Forces are conducting an offensive on #Shandrigolovo from two directions. From the north, Ukrainian formations have managed to occupy the village of #Sredneye and consolidate the outskirts. From the west, the enemy is advancing from the village of #Novoselovka, which has been reduced to rubble.
▪️ The village of #Drobyshevo is also subject to daily and so far unsuccessful enemy attacks.
▪️ To compensate for the high losses in personnel the AFU command is moving reserves from the #Bogorodichnoye side into the combat zone for a decisive assault on #Drobyshevo - #Shandrigolovo.

A few weeks ago we (@Rybar) wrote about military convoys in the town of #Pervomaysky in #Kharkov region, which were heading towards the front line.
Now trains with equipment and personnel are passing through the settlement. Every night after 10 p.m., trains arrive at the #Likhachevo railway station in #Pervomaysky.
Part of the equipment is disarmed and sent in the direction of #Alekseevka and #Balakleya. Other trains are sent further to #Lozovaya. A few weeks ago we (@Rybar) wrote about military convoys in the town of #Pervomaysky in #Kharkov region, which were heading towards the front line.
Now trains with equipment and personnel are passing through the settlement. Every night after 10 p.m., trains arrive at the #Likhachevo railway station in #Pervomaysky.
Part of the equipment is disarmed and sent in the direction of #Alekseevka and #Balakleya. Other trains are sent further to #Lozovaya. ▪️ To reinforce the advancing group, additional forces of the 14th Brigade were moved across a pontoon crossing at #Dvurechnaya. Crews of M777 howitzers are stationed in the settlement. Various types of drones are used for artillery targeting.
In addition, a team of man-portable air defence systems has been moved to #Dvurechnoye to provide protection against air strikes. A pair of Ukrainian Mi-8 helicopters was spotted over #Dvurechnoye and the #Oskol river.

▪️ Strike units of the 1st Battalion of the 14th Brigade have been conducting reconnaissance battles near #Zagoruykovka. Russian forces detected the movement of an Ukrainian SRG and hit AFU concentrations.
While retreating back to the initial line, one of the groups was ambushed near Hill 173.3 and lost most of its personnel dead and wounded.

The morning brought no clarity about what is happening on the front. To the north, our units continue to push from the line at #Oskol to the new #Svatovo - Kremennaya defence line. This development was predicted even before the loss of #Lyman, which was a resistance stronghold on #Oskol.
To the south, the AFU had to face #Dudchany, or rather even a dam blown up by our units, which they could cross, see maps from @rybar.
Several sources are speaking directly about the reasons for the retreat:
@voenacher: The crisis in the #KrivoyRog direction was caused by a huge outnumbering of the AFU in manpower and equipment. Two, far from full-blooded battalions on 20+ km front, when textbook 10.
@RSaponkov: Lack of rotation. Units of the 126 Brigade have been in combat since March. Soldiers went on leave for 5 days at best. Constant battles, injuries, experienced and shelled men were beaten out for seven months in a row. There are no miracles, no matter how heroic our soldiers are, if the village is defended by 15 men.
To make it clear, even two full-fledged battalions of 500 men for 20 kilometres of the front - that's 20 metres per man. If in battalions there is a third of the manpower, which is not uncommon, it is 60 metres per man. You understand that if you have 20 servicemen holding more than one kilometre of front they can be passed over without shooting.
According to the 1982 Combat Manual of the USSR Army, the defense area for a motorized rifle battalion should be up to 5x3 km; in 1964 it was up to 5x2 km. Two companies in the first echelon and one in the second.

▪️ In the #Kupyansk sector, units of the AFU´s 14th Mechanized Brigade made another unsuccessful attempt to storm the Russian Forces' position at the #Kislovka - #Kotlyarovka line. Two enemy companies came under heavy artillery fire and withdrew to their initial positions with losses.
▪️ In the vicinity of #Dvurechnoye, units of the Russian Forces counterattacked units of the 1st Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine and repulsed units of the AFU from #Gorobyevka. The enemy moved to a defensive position on a small bridgehead on the eastern bank of the #Oskol River.
▪️ In the #Lyman - #Svatovo section, preventive artillery strikes were carried out against groups of the 71st Jager, 80th Airborne Assault and 25th Airborne Air Force Brigades of the AFU in the areas of the villages of #Stelmakhovka, #Rozovka, #Karpovka, #Ivanovka.
The enemy's preparations for crossing the #Zherebets River have been disrupted and the AFU assault units are regrouping.

The Russian army, taking advantage of the fact that the AFU has moved part of its forces from #Kupyansk direction, launched a local counterattack in order to improve its position in this area.
The day before, our units took control of the village of #Gorobyevka, which was a prelude to today's strike in the direction of the #Dvurechnaya railway. And if successful, the #Dvurechnaya bridgehead will be finished, which will be an important moment to restore, at least partially, our defence line along the #Oskol River.

🔻#Kherson Direction:
🟡 In the #Tyaginka Sector, AFU groups are moving from #Krynki to the west, towards Cossack Camps. It is still unclear whether the remnants of the garrison escaped from the fire of our artillery or the AFU groups landed on our shore and advanced in the grey zone between the villages.
🔻#Zaporozhye Direction:
🟡 In the #Orekhov Section, Russian aircraft are hitting the AFU trenches in #Rabotino, which lead from the southern part of the village to the north.
📌 On the ground, our military uses the tactics of "swing", they enter the grey zone, fight and retreat to the initial positions. Due to the inability to gain a foothold in the ruins, #Rabotino must be completed in one throw. And to do this, exhaust the AFU with a carousel of infantry, aviation and artillery attacks.
🔻#Avdeyevka Direction:
🟡 In the #Orlovka Sector, there are battles on the western outskirts of #Orlovka itself, #Berdychi and #Tonenkoye. Our forces are putting the squeeze on the enemy. North of #Stepovoye (now #Petrowskoye), our troops knocked out the AFU and leveled the frontline between the railway line and #Berdychi. We managed to expand the front zone near #Nevelskoye, and for sure the attacks will become more active there.
📌 The AFU are resisting fiercely, trying to gain time to strengthen a new line of defence 5-7 km from the current line.
🔻#Bakhmut Direction:
🟡 In the "Chasov Yar" Sector, fighting continues in #Ivanovskoye (#Krasnoye) and the surrounding area. The AFU are trying to keep control of the #Ivanovskoye - #Kleshcheyevka road, the only non–rural supply route to #Andreyevka and #Kleshcheyevka. Further to the west there are hills, which are also controlled by the AFU. In the village of #Ivanovskoye itself, our troops are advancing from the centre of the village. Information about the abandonment of the village by the AFU and the transition of the western outskirts to the grey zone has not yet been confirmed.
🔻#Svatovo Direction:
🟡 In the #Seversk Sector, our forces expanded the control zone north of the industrial zone's the water utility and approached #Belogorovka (again) from the west.
🟡 In the #Kupyansk Sector, our troops destroyed another pontoon bridge of the AFU across the #Oskol River, near the Kupyansk-Uzlovoy Station, the logistics hub of the AFU.
📌 With the approach of the front to the #Oskol, the vulnerability of all crossings has increased, but the AFU continues to actively build new ones. Residents from #Kharkov report that the number of trains sent with grain, flour, etc. has increased significantly. In addition, supposedly local SBU officers are taking their families out of the city.
☠️ The AFU shelling killed two people in the #DPR. Another AFU attack on #Crimea was repelled in the afternoon, according to preliminary information, up to 10 missiles were shot down, possibly Storm Shadow and several drones. The Russian Ombudsman announced the readiness to transfer to #Kiev the bodies of those killed in the Il-76 crash in the #Belgorod region.

🟡 In the #Kherson Sector, at #Antonovsky Bridge, there are still AFU groups.
🟡 In the #Tyaginka Sector, the AFU maintains a presence in #Krynki and at Cossack Camps. Their drones are still active.
📌 So far, our team has not been able to completely knock out the enemy.
🔻#Zaporozhye Direction:
🟡 In the #Orekhov Section, the AFU are actively pulling up reserves for #Rabotino. Swarms of Ukrainian FPV drones are also flying there. The AFU is conducting remote mining, artillery is not silent. Our drone operators have already stopped a AFU counterattack. Our army, in turn, continues to move carefully along the flanks. Our Aerospace Forces are using RBK-500 cluster munitions. The impact of such a bomb turned the landing at #Novoprokopovka, where the AFU were hiding, into a lunar landscape. Admittedly, ours have not used such ammunition for a long time. But the transfer and active use of Western cassettes by the AFU left no choice.
🔻#SouthDonetsk Direction:
🟡 On the #Vremyevka Ledge, our forces hit a number of AFU positions in the plantings near #Urozhaynoye with an accurate strike by FABs. Now this is grey zone.
🟡 In the #Maryinka Sector, ours troops made serious progress in #Georgiyevka in the centre of the village behind the Maryinsky Dam by almost 1 km, reaching the outskirts of the St. George Ponds. There is also progress in #Novomikhailovka, fierce battles are ongoing.
🔻#Avdeyevka Direction:
🟡 In the #Orlovka Sector, the AFU are still holding back our offensive. And this is not only the merit of the large reserves pulled up to the villages almost taken by ours, but also a number of our own miscalculations. The enemy publishes footage of our attack in #Berdychi, when the troops land in the village virtually without fire support and immediately fall under enemy fire. The price of underestimating the enemy is the lives of our military.
🔻#Bakhmut Direction:
🟡 In the #ChasovYar Sector, the fighting for the heights north of #Ivanovskoye (#Krasnoye) continues unabated. The village itself is grey zone. The AFU regularly counterattacks, but ours are pushing them to the outskirts. Strikes on the AFU reserves in Chasov Yar, #Grigorovka and #Bogdanovka are also continuing.
🔻#Svatovo Direction:
🟡 In the #Seversk Sector, our forces expanded the control zone south of the water facility industrial zone, approached the "White Mountain", the AFU fortified area at the chalk quarry (at #Belogorovka, I assume). Fierce fighting is ongoing, and at times the enemy counterattacks, trying to penetrate the industrial zone.
🟡 In the #Liman Sector, info about the entry of our groups into #Terny is ahead of events. Our military is fighting in the beams a few km from the village. The fighting is heavy and so far without significant success.
🟡 In the #Kupyansk Sector, an AFU speaker said that our forces have reduced the activity of attacks. On the ground it is indeed less active, but our Aerospace Forces are destroying pontoon crossings across #Oskol, hitting clusters and headquarters in the area. So our army has the initiative, they simply act smartly and, perhaps, prepare for attacks
☠️ The AFU attack last night by 38 drones on the Crimean #Feodosiya, was repelled by our the air defence. After that, #NATO intelligence was actively working on the Black Sea. So after this massive drone raid on #Crimea, missile attacks are not excluded.
