Former chair of HK Democratic Party Wu Chi-wai’s request to attend his father’s funeral has been denied by CSD citing security concerns. They added that Wu can consider attending the funeral virtually, via Zoom.

One of the #HK47 activists who has been in custody for the past three months for alleged subversion under the national security law, Owen Chow, is granted bail by High Court.

The #HK47 democrats are gonna jailed again for months before verdict. This is a grave injustice, instead of presumption of innocence, this is presumption of guilt.

#CCP is using #NationalSecurityLaw to drive #humanright lawyers away from #HongKong. Paul Harris, former chairman of HK Bar Accociation fled the city hours after summoned by #NationalSecurityPolice. Harris represented 2 of the 47 democrats case.

Sep 14: Gordon Ng, 1 of the #HK47 candidates participated at the primaries, was denied bail by the court. He has already been put to jail for 18 months along with other candidates without a trial.
