A grease interceptor is an in-ground or suspended tank that is designated to limit the amount of FOG (fat oil and grease) and solids entering the sanitary sewer system.
Interceptors hold FOG until they can be removed and disposed of by recycling or rendering companies(Manual cleaning).

Types of Traps in Western Water Closets 🚽
In order to form a seal and prevent (trap) unwanted gasses from escaping from the sewerage, the trap retains some water. 💨💧
For an S-Trap toilet, the soil drainage pipe exits the toilet through the floor.
While in a P-Trap, the soil drainage pipe exits through the wall.
The easiest way to remember this is by remembering the direction of drainage water flow, as shown in the attached photo of this post.

Importance of Coloring Embedded Conduits and outlets in Concrete Slabs
It’s preferable before installing embedded conduits and outlets in the concrete slab to use a pre-colored conduits and outlets, but if they are not available, you can use spray paint to identify each system’s outlets and conduits.
This will help the electrician to identify each outlet for which system, Ex: Lighting - power - Fire Alarm - CCTV...etc.
Because if all conduits and outlets with the same color (Ex: White), so it will take time from your team to differentiate between each system’s conduits & outlets, which increase the cost of manpower and time.
