A statement issued by the February 17 movement in the Libyan city of Misrata expressed its dissatisfaction with the statements of Stephanie Khoury, Deputy Head of the UN Security Mission, describing them as β€œdoes not meet the hopes placed on resolving the Libyan crisis.”
