#PSA 📢 To encourage the installation of Electric Vehicle (#EV) chargers in private residences, we have launched the Electric Vehicle Common Charger Grant (#ECCG). Applications open on 29 July 2021.

👉🏻 Find out more: https://go.gov.sg/eccg
#HotOffThePress 🙌🏻 We have just awarded the first batch of the EV Common Charger Grant (#ECCG)! Seven chargers will be deployed across four non-landed private residences (NLPRs) – The Asana, Residences@Evelyn, Latitude, and One Balmoral – in the coming weeks. #YouHeardFromUsFirst 🥳 Stay tuned as we award more ECCG grants to more NLPRs in the coming months!

If you are an EV charging operator or owner of a NLPR, you can apply for the ECCG to co-fund the EV installation costs: ➡️ go.gov.sg/eccg

#DoYouKnow By 2030, there will be 60,000 EV charging points island-wide, of which 20,000 will be in private premises while the remaining 40,000 will be installed in public carparks? #NowYouKnow 💡
Say hello to more electric vehicle (#EV) chargers coming your way! 👋🏻

These are the first batch of chargers deployed under the EV Common Charger Grant (#ECCG). The ECCG co-funds the installation costs of charging points at non-landed private residences. 🔋⚡️

As we continue to award more grants to EV charger owners, we're steadily progressing towards our national target of 60,000 EV charging points by 2030 for a more sustainable Singapore! 🌱🇸🇬

#SGGreenPlan
#GoodNews We’re steadily expanding our EV charging infrastructure to sustain the momentum of our transition to cleaner energy vehicles! 💪⚡️🚗

#DidYouKnow There are around 13,800 registered EV charging points islandwide today. About half of HDB carparks have been equipped with EV chargers and we’re on track to deploy charging points at all HDB carparks by end 2025! 🙌🥳

We have also co-funded more than 1,200 chargers in non-landed private residences (NLPRs) under the EV Common Charger Grant (#ECCG). By end 2024, we estimate that around one in five of all NLPRs in Singapore will be equipped with EV charging points! 🏢

In response to industry feedback and to facilitate innovation and upskilling for the sector, we will waive the registration fees for chargers used for educational and R&D purposes. This is targeted to take effect by Q4 2024.
