3⃣ Там
       [tam]

🔻It was uttered by former Prime Minister Viktor Chernomyrdin. With this phrase he warned a journalist against impolite behaviour. The phrase had no sense and thus became popular.

Влипнуть (perf.)
SLT: To stick, to get stuck

Meaning:
To get into trouble or an unpleasant situation

Origin:
The word originates from the original meaning of the verb 'влипать'(imperf.) which describes the action of something becoming firmly attached to another object, often unexpectedly. This imagery perfectly captures the essence of 'влипнуть' - getting into a situation you didn't plan for and finding it difficult to escape.

Synonyn:
Вляпаться (в ..+ accus.) (perf.)
  [vlya-pa-tsa (v...)]
SLT: to step, to plunge (into something dirty)

Example (see the video):
Вот я влип (влипла)! (masc./femin.)
[vot ya vlip (vlip-la)]
🇬🇧 I've got into trouble!

PS Mind that 'Залипать' and 'Влипнуть' do NOT have the same meaning!
