休班警被指在酒店內強姦一名20歲少女，少女報警揭發事件。警方事後拘捕兩名現職警員，其中一警去年11月遭押送到九龍城裁判法院提堂，當時毋須答辯，獲准保釋，押後再訊，以待警方進一步調查。案件今早再提堂，控方表示決定撤控，被告獲釋。據悉，警方調查後指受害女子供詞前後矛盾，證供不可信。

《同文》收到消息指，多名城大學生昨日（11日）收到城大設施管理處高級校園經理劉達強發信，要求他們在一星期內回覆，是否就今年 2 月 14 日學生會「臨別禮」期間發生的六項違反規例情況認罪，包括違反《刑事罪行條例》第 9 章「煽動意圖罪」、違反防疫條例 599G 在校園內聚集，以及在校園內進行刑事毀壞等。不過，城市大學昨晚回覆查詢時卻表示，對以上事件「大學管理層並不知情」。
