Xi Jinping Advocates “Internationally Accepted QR Codes” to Track Global Population
Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the G20 Leaders’ Summit via video conference on Saturday (Nov 21), during which he expressed his wish for more countries to participate in an international mutual recognized mechanism for health codes proposed by China, in order to rapidly track international travels and movements of personnel during the pandemic.
Xi proposed that all countries should formulate a universal set of policies and standards to counter the pandemic, enhance the relationship between policies and standards, and establish “fast tracks” to facilitate the flow of personnel, to ensure the smooth operation of the global economy amid the pandemic. Xi proposed that the mechanism was based on nucleic acid test results and administered through internationally accepted QR codes, and expressed his hope for more countries to participate. China has widely implemented health certificates locally using QR codes that also contain personal travel and health records. The codes were deemed effective in curbing the spread of COVID-19 in mainland China. The code system assigns different colour codes to users based on their risks of potential infection: Green denotes the lowest risk, followed by yellow, with red denoting the highest risk.

The White House has confirmed that U.S. President Joe Biden plans to meet later this year with his Japanese, Australian and Indian counterparts — a four-country grouping dubbed the “Quadrilateral Security Dialogue” or QUAD.
The announcement came just days after Chinese Communist Party General-Secretary Xi Jinping marked the centenary of the party with an incendiary oratory that was short on Marxism but long on nationalist promises “to build a new type of international relations.”
This is Xi’s doctrine of “the community of the common destiny of mankind” under future People’s Republic of China (PRC) global domination, which includes making irrelevant the current institutions that promote peace, prosperity and justice, such as the United Nations, World Trade Organization, G-20 and G-7.

As the G20 summit is to be held in Rome for two days from Saturday (30 October), exiled Hong Kong legislator Nathan Law Kwun-Chung took the "Pillar of Shame" to the Chinese Embassy there yesterday (27 October) to protest. He said he might not be able to stop the Chinese Communist Party (#ccp) from committing atrocities, but he hoped to draw public attention to human rights issues in China.
Joint with Luke de Pulford, a British member of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC), and others, Nathan Law erected a three-metre-high "Pillar of Shame", a replica of the original "Pillar of Shame" status made by the same Danish sculptor Jens Galschiøt, outside the Chinese Embassy in Rome yesterday.
"We may not be able to stop the Chinese Communist Party's atrocities, but with the G20 summit around the corner, there is something we can do to get the media's attention and to direct some of the public opinions towards the human rights of the Chinese Communist Party," he said. He would also meet with parliamentarians from different countries in Rome in the coming days, hoping to remind them of the importance of fighting the expansion of Chinese Communist authority when they gather.
