Shuhei Yoshida (ex-PlayStation) apparently plays on GPD Win Max 2 (same as I do) when travelling.

And I can agree that it's always blows my mind that you can carry around a 15-35W device that can run any games and apps.

And his overall interview is nice to see β€” he seems to be glad to be free from PS limitations. He jokes about Nintendo bringing them customers, etc.

Unknown 9 creators are pausing the new project development and laying off stuff. All thanks to the failure of their original game.

Next time call your game KNOWN 9 or whatever... rich transmedia universe that 200 players checked because it was a free addition to AMD gaming CPUs.

It appeared that any model in CS2 can be replaced with any other model, which made the game unplayable on public servers.

Not playing it (and never liked CSGO/CS2), so can't say much. According to ones who do, the issue has been patched out in a matter of days.

The legendary Captain Blood pirate slasher, announced over 20 years ago, will be released on May 6!

The game has been fully developed over 15 years ago, then lost during failed negotiations of involved parties, rediscovered a few years ago in a playable state, and finalized during the last couple of years.

If the release happens, it will be one of the longest game development processes in history. Longer than Prey, Duke Nukem Forever, and even STALKER 2 (that wasn't even the same game).

Dragon Age The Veilguard has been a failure, now it's official: EA announced that only 1.5 million people played the game, which is twice lower than expected.

⚠️ And those ARE NOT SALES: the game has been in several subscription offers.

EA Sports FC 25 is also not doing great. Altogether those games caused worse than expected financial results for the last quarter of 2024:
