The original Skyrim (oldrim) has been updated (to fix launcher issues on modern systems). And you know what? It broke Steam Workshop mods!
It was absolutely fine since 2016 and now it's messed up! People on Steam react with Clown for the update post, but clowns are not THAT EVIL to break old games pretending it's an update.
