I never thought of myself as a bread-lover, but I noticed that the only food I miss when abroad is rye bread (Schwarzbrot) from Austria. 😃

I remember I used to bring a loaf to uni when I was living in Scotland. 😂

I finally decided to try and make it myself. 🥳

After some trail and error I think I have a successful method and it tastes just like home.
Now I bake it every week.

I followed this recipe and used an air frier to bake it - hence the small buns.
