In the Head of Growth role at INSART, you will establish a team to generate leads and schedule appointments with new prospective clients for Head of Sales, Account Executives, and CEO.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales prospecting targeting C-level roles in the US B2B/enterprise software companies
- Experience in the FinTech domain
- Experience managing a team of BDRs/Lead Generation Specialists
- Determined, result-driven, and confident personality with a desire to grow and win
- A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
- Creative approach to achieving goals, ability to quickly test various hypotheses
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills
- Analytical and systemizing mindset, ability to efficiently plan your work, develop action plans
- Easy and proactive communication style
- English (at least full professional proficiency or native)

- Participate in group calls with American and European clients.
Requirements:
- Have experience in working as an SDR or in a similar client-facing role for at least 1 year;
- Have an advanced level of English (C1-C2) and Fluent Ukrainian;
- Have experience in using sales tools, G-suite services, and various CRM systems;
- Be able to work remotely both independently and within a team;
- Be a self-driven and responsible problem solver.
