⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ #Donbass Offensive - the situation in Eastern Ukraine at the end of 30 August 2022⚡️
▪️ Ukrainian forces have again shelled the border villages of #Yelisavetovka and #Alekseevka in the Glushkovsky district, #Kursk region, with mortars. In #Alekseevka, the target of the attack was a mobile phone tower.
▪️ Russian artillerymen hit the enemy near the village of #Gremyach in #Chernigov region, as well as in #Obody, #Novovasilyevka, #Miropolskoye, #Bachevsk, Starikovo and #Peski in #Sumy region.
▪️ In Kharkov Region, the sides are engaged in battles and artillery duels in the north of the region:
➖ Up to 400 personnel have been redeployed by the AFU to the Russkaya Lozova area in preparation for a counter-offensive.
➖ The Russian Forces maintain firm control over #Uda and #Sosnovka.
➖ Russian Forces have carried out several missile attacks on AFU facilities in the #Shevchenkovsky district of #Kharkov.
▪️ There are no significant changes on the front line in #Bakhmut (#Artemovsk) direction.
➖ Positional fighting continues to the east of #Bachmut and on the southern outskirts of #Soledar.
➖ Ukrainian forces attempted a counterattack near #Kodema, but suffered losses of personnel and equipment and subsequently retreated to their original positions. Wagner PMC units continue to advance into the dense urban area.
▪️ In #Donetsk sector, the allied forces were able to make small advances in the #Donetsk suburbs.
➖ DPR militia Soldiers of the 11th regiment were able to capture the junction on the Donetsk Ring Road south of the previously liberated village of #Peski.
➖ Between #Peski and #Pervomayskoye, allied forces are fighting for a seed station and a bridge on the DKAD (Donetsk Ring Road).
➖ Ukrainian formations continue shelling towns in the #Donetsk agglomeration, there are injured and killed civilians.
▪️ In the #Zaporozhye sector, the sides exchange fire across the #Dnipro River. Militants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces based in #Nikopol and #Marganets shell the #Zaporozhye #NPP and #Energodar from the north. Russian Forces respond by suppressing enemy artillery.
▪️ In #KrivoyRog direction, fierce fighting continues near #Olgino and #Vysokopolye. Units of the 331st Regiment and 45th Brigade of the Russian Forces hold back the enemy offensive.
