160 more migrants are scheduled to be installed into the Rackett Hall Hotel Roscrea tonight Thursday
that is on top of the 402 allocated to the old convent last Summer and 160 more already in Corville House

If you want to stop this.. now is the time

'While ye are all at Racket Hall 50 men have gone into st annes this week and there are more to go in this weekend. Fogarty and Co are just laughing at ye'

'They are being brought in by stealth all the time and there are many more in there than people think.'

'They are also getting other parts of the buildings ready for more'

'Teresa Collins, founder of the 'We Are Still Here' survivors group, addressed a crowd in Roscrea condemning the use of Corville House, a former mother and baby home where she was born, being currently used for international protection applicant accommodation.'

I think that Teresa was referring to Rackett Hall Hotel too. It is located about 1km away from Corville House (formerly better known as Sean Ross Abbey).
The Hotel, Roscrea's only remaining hotel closed yesterday and is now to House 160 people who are 'International protection applicants' who claim that they are refugees seeking refuge.

Corville House has for some years now also been a direct provision center for 'International protection applicants' and houses approximately 180 individuals, mostly, if not all, single men as far as I am aware.

In addition to this, the former Sacred Heart Convent building in Roscrea town center has 402 asylum seekers allocated to it.

One person said 2 foreigners involved

Newspaper report on the demonstration in #Roscrea last night

Background - "The protest outside Roscrea Garda station this evening after a single mother of two children said a man tried to break into her house in the Limerick Street area last night.

In a post on facebook, the mother said that just she had returned from McDonalds to put the children to bed for school in the morning when the man tried to push the door to her home in while exposing himself to her and her children and exclaiming "sexy lady, do you want some of this?"

Fortunately, her neighbours heard her screaming and came to her assistance, and her family arrived shortly afterwards. She said her six year old daughter is now traumatised.

She recorded footage of the incident but says the gardaí advised her not to post it on social media "as it can effect the case". " - via Late Stage Ireland on telegram
