Deputy Mayor of London Dr Debbie Weekes-Bernard wrote to HKB and others to reassure safety of Hong Kong Londoners in response to the violence in Manchester.
#Mayor of London Sadiq Khan and she pledge to ensure that London is a capital where Hongkongers feel safe at home.
HKB has been participating in the ‘Hong Kong Forum’ set up by the Deputy Mayor's Team, the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (#MOPAC) and the Metropolitan Police to discuss #security issues.
HKB is also a key member of ‘Mayor’s London Hong Kong Integration Steering Group’ to discuss community policy with London officials.
HKB is working with the Greater London Authority and Met Police to safeguard the rights of #Hongkongers and #Londoners.

We're honoured to join with exiled activists and community organisers to present the painting "Lion Spirit" (Oil on canvas) with pro-democracy message from exiled pair of artists/ painters - Lumli Lumlong - to the King Charles III.
Monarchy is expected by many people to be a symbol of virtue and value of humanity above politics, living up to the universal value of human rights would be very crucial to the monarchy to fit into modern era, that is believed for the new King to address such question of people in a sovereignty and democracy His Majesty is historically entitled to represent.
