香港「網絡長城」的築建持續。個人資料私隱專員鍾麗玲周一（16日）在立法會一個委員會透露，因應新修訂《私隱條例》將「起底刑事化」實施半年來「仍舊猖獗」，透露正考慮就屢次上載「起底」資料的平台設立黑名單，尤其針對是屢警告不改的海外平台。親中港媒《星島日報》引消息指，當局關注近年絕大部分的起底訊息，是來自市民常用的即時通訊軟體Telegram，公署正研究「封鎖」相關平台。

The Commonwealth Parliamentary Accociation revoke their invitation for Hong Kong Lawmaker, Dominic Lee Tsz-king, because of the current situation in #HongKong. Lee was elected after #HKGov reformed the election and arrested most of the pro-democrats. Only 30% of the voters participated in the voting, the lowest since 1985.
Another historic figure disappeared in Hong Kong. Yen Chow Street Hawker Bazaar was forced to end by Food and Environmental Hygiene Department on Jan 31st, 2 days before it was scheduled. Started in 1970s, the Bazaar was once an international recognized garment source while the garment and textile industry was blooming during the 70s and 80s. At its peak, there were 190 stalls. Until its last day, it was still a haven for designers and fashion design students in Hong Kong.
The Bazaar had gone through a lot of crisis. #HKGov had proposed to close down the bazaar since 2005 . However, it was able to survive time and time again. Now, Hong Kong has not only lost a small bazaar, but also the memories and culture that were left behind.
