🇷🇺🇺🇦 🖇️ If we summarize what was written in the sensational article by The Washington Post about the failure of the summer Ukrainian counteroffensive, we can especially highlight several points:

▪️ A common thread running through the entire material is the narrative that the AFU simply “fought incorrectly.” This is one of the latest current trends in the Western expert media field.

▪️ Naturally, no one in the West plans to admit the inconsistency of their own forecasts and misleading assessments . What looks especially funny amid of references to the huge role of NATO in the development of the operation.

▪️ The words that the offensive was originally planned to begin at the end of April again indirectly confirm the wounding of Zaluzhny, who disappeared just at that time. In Kyiv, they decided to postpone the attack and the AFU units stood in deployed combat formations for more than a month, which the Russian Armed Forces took advantage of very effectively.

▪️ Zaluzhny himself is portrayed as incompetent and almost the main culprit of the failure. This is not surprising: for almost a year the media artificially created the charm of a military genius for him, and when the opposite turned out to be the case, they decided to take revenge on the Ukrainian general for not living up to expectations.

❗️But the main point is still different: when reading the text, one cannot help but notice the expressed condescending attitude towards both sides of the conflict. Ukrainian formations are criticized for their inability to reach NATO levels, and the successes of the Russian Armed Forces are reduced to “being littered with corpses” (and a few minefields with ATGMs).

In fact, after all this time in the West, at least at some levels, the perception of the Russian armed forces in the spirit of the most base propaganda still persists. We will not be at all surprised if this backfires more than once on the swaggering NATO armies.

🇺🇦 🖇 The publication of the controversial bill on mobilization in Ukraine has resulted in protests by relatives of those who have already been mobilized in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

While the Ukrainian government currently has tight control over the media, the large scale and geographic spread of these protests are starting to attract attention in local and regional chat rooms.

🔻As we mentioned earlier, Ukraine still has untapped mobilization resources, which the authorities will undoubtedly take advantage of in an attempt to compensate for heavy losses on the frontlines.

However, as time goes on, this process will become increasingly challenging: on one hand, the government will need new large supplies of weapons to fulfill the recruitment goal of 500,000; on the other hand, there will be growing social tension and protests from relatives who are currently facing an information blockade.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 🖇 Recently, two groups of foreign journalists arrived in Nikolaevka and Chasiv Yar in the occupied part of the DPR. This immediately sparked rumors about the potential for provocations resulting in civilian casualties. The purpose would be to create a specific narrative in the media during the meeting of the so-called contact group for assistance to Ukraine at the Ramstein base.

To be honest, we find it difficult to believe this, considering that after two years of hostilities, the viability of such actions is questionable. Additionally, given the current circumstances, it is unlikely that they would have the desired international media impact, unless, of course, we are referring to significant explosions at highly important facilities.

📌 It is much more plausible that Western journalists arrived in the front-line zone to capture emotional reports about the challenges faced by the AFU, such as the lack of ammunition, equipment, and other resources. This is part of an effort to persuade Western society to further support the Kyiv regime.

Chasiv Yar is located close to the front-line, providing ample material for filming by major publications such as BBC, CNN, and NYT.

🇷🇺 🇺🇸 🖇️ 🏴 And here's another truly illustrative example of the Western media's reaction to the terrorist attack in the Crocus Hall near Moscow.

On the pages of the NYT, we learn that in his address, Vladimir Putin has, in fact, laid the foundation for blaming Ukraine. US officials are now cautious not to mistakenly blame the Kyiv regime for the incident.

For American journalists, the capture of terrorists in the border Bryansk region is considered a mere coincidence that holds no significance. Not to mention past terrorist incidents involving the SBU and GUR, from the explosion on the Crimean Bridge to the killings of Daria Dugina and Vladlen Tatarsky.

It's intriguing to observe how awkwardly the West is handling talking points in an effort to distance itself from recent calls to avoid attending concerts in Moscow.

🇫🇷 🇷🇺🇺🇦 🖇 Regarding French Public Opinion's Preparation for Involvement in the Ukrainian Conflict

As you may know, cooking a frog involves gradually increasing the temperature.

▪️ Several Russian-language media sources have echoed the statement made by the renowned French journalist and director Anne Nivat about the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. She described it as a "remarkable strike" by the Ukrainians, adding "if indeed it was them."

Nivat, who resided in Russia for a decade, produced a documentary about the country and was always known for her precision in statements, even when responding to leading questions from journalists.

Subsequently, it became evident that the statement was taken out of context, leading to an apology. However, this detail became insignificant as the primary aim was to establish in the public's mind the French journalist-conflict expert's "endorsement" of the terrorist attack.

▪️ Concurrently with the circulation of Nivat's quote, false French news began to spread across Russian-speaking and international online platforms: the French Ministry of Defense allegedly declared the recruitment of 200,000 (!) volunteers to be deployed to what they call Ukraine.

Anyone could be interviewed by Major Tom... my apologies: Captain Paul. The French Defense Ministry promptly accused the Russians of all cyber issues and appeared to have settled the matter.

🔻A systematic process is unfolding before us, drawing France into the conflict with Russia in general and specifically in the SMO.

It is a known fact that French mercenaries have long been present in the conflict zone. Upon closer inspection, these individuals frequently hail from Latin American nations and merely refer to themselves as members of the French Foreign Legion. In most cases, these are individuals who were not accepted into the Legion and consequently pursued an entirely different "career."

However, with reports about legionnaires in the SMO zone, the public is being primed for the actual deployment of Legion fighters there. Following such media preparation, no one will be surprised by such news. Furthermore, even before information about the dispatch of legionnaires emerged, a new phase of "stirring up" began: now the focus is not on foreigners but on the French themselves. #France #Russia #media technologies @rybar

🇷🇺🇺🇦🖇 Yesterday, the publication The Economist published an interview with the Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces of the AFU, Oleksandr Pavliuk, who shared a revelation: it turns out that the loss of Chasiv Yar "will not be decisive," because it is "just an ordinary urban settlement."

We find it hard to believe that the Ukrainian general may not know the significance of Chasiv Yar, at least from the point of view of an important fortified defense hub on the approaches to Kostyantynivka and the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk metro area. Therefore, such words from his mouth speak of two things:

▪️Through the mouths of official figures in the so-called Ukraine, there is a gradual preparation of public opinion for the withdrawal of the AFU from the city, which indirectly illustrates the position of the opponent in the sector. The Kyiv regime resorted to similar tactics just before the withdrawal from Bakhmut or Avdiivka.

▪️At the same time, the theses about the "insignificance of the loss of territories" from a media point of view look absolutely disastrous. But if they are publicly voiced by representatives of the AFU command, this indicates serious problems of the opponent with information support of hostilities.

The latter, by the way, are indeed increasingly visible to the naked eye. In fact, the Ukrainian "media", which was still considered the trump card of the Kyiv regime in 2022, is literally turning from a carriage into a pumpkin before our eyes.

🇧🇦🇷🇸 The Cult of Srebrenica: The "Genocide" That Never Took Place

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, today they remember the victims of the tragic events in Srebrenica in July 1995. As is tradition, foreign delegations participate in memorial events in honor of the anniversary of the "genocide" at the Potočari Memorial Complex. At the UN headquarters in New York, an exhibition dedicated to the victims was solemnly opened.

▪️ On July 11, 1995, the army of the Republika Srpska occupied the Muslim enclave of Srebrenica, which had the status of a "UN-protected zone". According to the version promoted by the Hague Tribunal, during the "genocide" in Srebrenica, allegedly 8,372 civilians of Bosnian Muslims were killed.

▪️ Independent commissions formed over the years confirm the death of no more than three thousand people, and the majority of them were soldiers of the Bosnian army, and some of the prisoners of war were shot while trying to break through towards Sarajevo. There was no talk of any deliberate extermination of the civilian population.

❗️ Experts are sure that the term "genocide" in this case is used by the West as a political tool. A war crime was committed in Srebrenica, but it does not meet all the criteria necessary for such a qualification.

Moreover, an investigation has begun into serious manipulations with data on persons who are listed in the Memorial Center as victims of the alleged genocide. It has been documented that at least 87 people "buried" in Potočari are still alive. Among the "victims of genocide" there were also many who died in battle long before the tragedy in Srebrenica.

For many years, through the efforts of the media and NGOs in the West, their own version of the events was carefully created, ignoring the historical context and facts. This led to attempts to stigmatize the Serbian people as "genocidal" and recognize the Republika Srpska as a "genocidal entity", which could lead to its abolition as an entity. With the help of cultural events, media, and non-profit organizations, the younger generation was vividly told about the "collective guilt" of the Serbian people.

🔻 To learn more about why the Srebrenica massacre became the starting point for the demonization of the Serbs, as well as about the sources of funding and support for writing the history of the "genocide", read our article in more detail.

🇮🇶🇷🇺🖇️ Yesterday, we participated in a meeting with the Prime Minister of Iraq, Muhammad Shia al-Sudani, in Baghdad. The format of the meeting did not allow for a wide range of issues to be discussed, but for our team, this was the first such event with the participation of a sitting foreign leader.

Among other things, one point stood out strongly: al-Sudani particularly emphasized the importance of the media and creating conditions to invite foreign journalists instead of obstructing them. According to him, this is the way to break the prevailing stereotypes in the press about the state of affairs in Iraq and create a positive image of the country in the world.

At the same time, the very fact that the head of state is inviting representatives of the Russian information and analytical media network to a meeting speaks to a certain understanding by the Iraqi authorities of the role of Telegram in the modern information war. The importance of which, in al-Sudani's administration, is apparently generally recognized.

And if that's the case, then specific points of contact in this area can quite possibly be found.
