An anonymous European crypto investor is demanding compensation of more than $140 000 000 from one of the largest crypto exchanges, Binance. The investor claims that his funds were unjustly liquidated by the exchange in November 2020.
Allegedly, Binance’s automated liquidation system has forced the investor to sell large amounts of cryptocurrency against his will. This, along with several similar lawsuits has put Behance in hot water. The situation at large remains uncertain, and we will watch the lawsuits and comments from the company closely.

Shiba Inu releases an NFT collection!
The creators of a meme cryptocurrency, Shiba Inu Coin, have released a set of NFTs featuring 10 000 “Shiboshis”. This came out as a sneaky drop with no prior hype, just like the rest of Shiba Inu’s other projects.
The first 3,000 NFTs from this collection will be sold for 0.1 ETH each in the equivalent of LEASH tokens. The next 5,000 will cost 0.2 ETH each, and the last ones will be for 0.3 ETH each. Buyers will be able to rename their NFTs by paying $100 in SHIB. In addition, Shiboshis will have gaming utility in the upcoming game by Shiba Inu Coin creators.
A single wallet can only buy a maximum of 10 Shiba Inu NFTs. This was decided in order to encourage fairness and avoid bots. So grab your Shiboshis while they’re hot!

Reddit has just surprised the Internet by sneakily placing hiring ads for a senior backend engineer for a platform responsible for “millions of users to create, buy, sell and use NFT-backed digital goods” on Greenhouse. They demand a specialist with no less than 5 years of experience who’s able “to design and implement complex distributed systems operating under high load.”
Reddit has a long history of being a website promoting cryptocurrencies and normalizing them to the general public, but this is a significant milestone for the platform. With so many crypto marketplaces launching their own NFT branches, Reddit may be the first social media to do it, followed by Facebook and Twitter shortly after.

The authors, Michael Joo and Danila Krivoruchko state that the idea behind the project was twofold: raising awareness about climate change and emphasizing the importance of crypto in mitigating its effects.
Each piece is a 3D model of a crystal that takes shape as the owner’s cryptocurrency transaction history progresses, hence the first part of the name. It can be finally purchased only after seven transactions or two months after the first purchase. Two months after the start of sales, all crystals will be merged into a single piece of art in the form of a crystal “reef”, hence the second part of the name.
The profits will be spent on research in marine biology and the preservation of endangered oceanic species, monitoring changes in coral reefs, and publishing studies about new oceanic invertebrates.

According to the new Steamworks document, any games that are based on blockchain technology and feature cryptocurrency exchange or NFTs are not allowed on Steam! Meanwhile, Epic Games Store has not only allowed the aforementioned games but also encourages their distribution.
