UPDATED CONTEXT MENU

You may have noticed that the top menu of the chart window on the right appears a bit "empty" now. It no longer includes:
1️⃣ Button for creating linked windows
2️⃣ Button for cloning windows

The top menu was overcrowded, some elements couldn’t possibly fit within the narrow chart window. Buttons were automatically hidden in a dropdown menu, which was inconvenient and not visually appealing.

We have moved the mentioned useful buttons to the context menu. You can open it by right-clicking on the chart.

You can find information about a linked window and how to use it in the article about the benefits of working with charts (”Linking to the Tape” text block) ➑️ https://bit.ly/3WlwQxi

⏰ CLOCK IN MARKET REPLAY
Market Replay is a simulator for a trader that gives maximum freedom for working with time. You can:
πŸ‘‰ choose a date to start replaying trades;
πŸ‘‰ speed up/slow down the playback from x0.1 to x50;
πŸ‘‰ pause the replay.

With the clock feature, you can specify the exact start time of the replay with minute-level precision! This is very useful if, for example, you need to skip a sluggish Asian session and start practising closer to the beginning of the American session (indicated by the arrow) when the price is most actively changing.

Save time by improving your trading level with the powerful Market Replay!

You can find more information on how to use the simulator in a special article on our blog at the link: https://bit.ly/3ocMJtd

ATAS HEATMAP: FAQ FOR BEGINNERS

The Heatmap, or liquidity map, is a derivative of the Depth of Market indicator. It displays changes in the volume of limit orders over time, revealing the activity of big players in the order book. The brighter color on the heatmap marks the higher cumulative volume of limit orders at that level.

Since the Heatmap is a new feature in ATAS, users still have many questions about how to use this tool. In our latest video on our YouTube channel, we demonstrate how to launch and configure the Heatmap and showcase the benefits of using this tool for those who haven't tried it yet.

TWO CHANGES TO TRADING FUNCTIONALITY
1️⃣ Scalping DOM has transformed into a module called DOM Trader. It used to be accessed through the indicator manager, but now you can open DOM Trader through a button in the bottom right corner of the chart window.

The core concept remains the same – a user-friendly tool for scalping based on the order book and tape (which features a heat map display mode πŸ”₯). By combining DOM Trader with Footprint and Profiles in the left section of the screen, you can have a powerful all-in-one solution.

2️⃣ The familiar tool, Chart Trader, has also moved to the bottom right corner of the chart window. This change allows for a more spacious upper menu in the chart.

Thanks to these changes, important elements of the platform will always be at your fingertips, making it easier for beginners to familiarize themselves with ATAS.

SELECTING THE VERSION WHEN LAUNCHING THE PLATFORM
When launching, you can choose one of the 3 available versions:

πŸ‘‰ STABLE. This is the most reliable version of the platform, which has been thoroughly tested by the test team and the ATAS community. The version is released several times a year and is intended for everyday use.

πŸ‘‰ LATEST. This version is a release candidate that appears 1-2 months before the release of the new stable version of the platform. This version has updated functionality that has been beta tested and is in the final stages of development.

πŸ‘‰ BETA. The latest experimental version has the latest features and fixes that need testing and may have their own bugs or limitations.

You can change the version every time you start ATAS, the platform will download the necessary files itself. If you have learned about some new feature in the platform but can't find it, try to switch from Stable to the Beta version.

NEW DRAWING OBJECTS
We continue to update and enhance the platform, and this time, we have new drawing objects for you.

1️⃣ Anchored VWAP β€” Volume-weighted average price for drawing VWAP line. In its settings, you can include deviations and customize their parameters.

2️⃣ Anchored Market Profile reproduces volume profiles for specific sections of the chart.

3️⃣ Dynamic POC is an alternative to Dynamic Levels. Highlight a range on the chart and visualize how the maximum volume moved within it. In the settings, you can also enable the display of maximum volume values.

4️⃣ Π‘VD correlation is an alternative to Cumulative Delta. This object draws a cumulative delta, adjusted to the price axis, making visual analysis easier.

In addition to these new drawing objects, you can still use the familiar functionality: various types of lines, Fibonacci elements, and more.

SPEEDING UP MARKET REPLAY UP TO x1000 πŸš€
In the Feature Request section of the Ideas Dashboard, many traders have asked for a faster replay speed of trading history in Replay. We've heard your requests!

Now, ATAS users have access to the maximum speed of x1000.

Historical data will be replayed 1000 times faster than real-time trading. The previous maximum was only x50.

A faster replay speed allows for quicker analysis of historical data, more efficient honing of your skill, and testing of trading strategies.

To set the maximum replay speed, drag the speed slider at the bottom of the Replay window to the x1000 mark.
