Technical Support Specialist
We are a global verification provider aiming to make verification processes simple, friendly, and secure for businesses and their users.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Interaction with Company’s clients on technical issues
- Solving technical problems of the Company’s customers
- Participating in writing training documentation to avoid typical mistakes and improve the experience of using the product by the Company’s clients
- Typing of incoming calls, their systematisation and participation in developing team solutions
- Providing reports on calls and actions taken
- Developing scripts and other tools to automate and simplify the work of the technical department
About you:
- At least B2 English, with good grammar and vocabulary
- Relevant experience with supporting desktop/mobile applications as a technical support (experience with #LiveChat – is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of #RESTAPI, #HTML #CSS, browser console, #SQL, experience with scripting in any programming language (#Java / #Bash / #Python)
- Curiosity, calmness, thoughtfulness, and ability to melt the heart of the most picky customer
