Set on a 3.8-hectare site with #height restrictions, the center #harmoniously integrates with its surroundings through a series of #interconnected volumes that subdivide the programmatic elements: an art #museum, a youth center, a science center, and a book mall.

💨 These volumes, characterized by curved edges and tilting facades, frame #dynamic views and naturally guide pedestrian flows while offering protection from Shenzhen’s #subtropical climate. The design promotes #fluidity and #connectivity, aligning passages with adjacent roads to link the business district and nearby park. The structure’s in-situ concrete forms create a cohesive visual #identity, blurring the distinction between front and back facades. Internally, the exposed structural elements and full-height tilted spaces enhance the visitor #experience, making the building itself a #monumental concrete sculpture.🤌
