🔗A new contender for Australia's tallest #building has been submitted! The #One #Park #Lane development in Southport, Gold Coast, proposes a 393-metre #residential supertall tower that would dwarf the current record holders, Q1 and Australia 108.✅

🚁Designed by BKK Architects, the project #features two towers—101 and 60 stories—connected by a skybridge on the 22nd floor. Plans for the development have been in the works since 2022, with the #consortium recently negotiating with the Queensland #government for land and road approvals.💦🎮

The Bezos Learning Center: A Vision for Curiosity & Innovation

❤️The proposal for the #Bezos #Learning Center envisions a new home for curiosity, learning, and public gathering.

💦Shaped as an endless loop, the design frames the sky with a #central oculus, its aerodynamic form wrapped in horizontal metal bands and filled with light.

Inside, flexible learning spaces connect to the Air and #Space #Museum, while a rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of Washington, D.C.💫

Set within landscaped gardens that welcome #visitors from all sides, the center was imagined as both a cultural landmark and a living invitation to explore the future. ⭐️🎮
