🔗A new contender for Australia's tallest #building has been submitted! The #One #Park #Lane development in Southport, Gold Coast, proposes a 393-metre #residential supertall tower that would dwarf the current record holders, Q1 and Australia 108.✅

🚁Designed by BKK Architects, the project #features two towers—101 and 60 stories—connected by a skybridge on the 22nd floor. Plans for the development have been in the works since 2022, with the #consortium recently negotiating with the Queensland #government for land and road approvals.💦🎮
