Do you feel passionate about your job?
Personally, it took me a while to find something I was truly passionate about.
Something that would make me find joy and fulfillment in what I do.
Waking up excited to start the day.
Not waiting for the weekend or my next holiday to escape work.
I've always had jobs that I enjoyed but helping people navigate their career journeys has transformed everything I felt.
It truly lights me up and makes every day a new challenge.
And that's what I want to help other people do.
I want to help people like you find that one thing you're truly passionate about.
That makes you feel excited to wake up.
That takes away that Monday morning dread and flips it into Monday morning motivation.
Is it possible? Yes, it is. For every single one of you, it is.
Even if you have a different and unique career path or challenge.
It's about finding the right way!
If you're ready to step into a career you're truly passionate about, I'm here to help.
Get in touch if you're ready to get started - I can't wait to meet you!

So often, our career choices are made based on what seems like the sensible option or even the โlogicalโ option.
What will make us financially stable?
Which path our family members have followed.
The career path I have chosen and built for the past 15 years.
But when it all comes down to it, what really matters is whether you are in a career thatโs right for YOU, putting aside all the external factors around you.
Does your career truly make you happy?
Do you spend 70% of your time at work enjoying it?
Do you like the people you work with?
Is your work aligned with your values?
Does it bring new challenges or Sunday night to dread?
These are the questions you should be asking yourself.
Because these are the ones that will truly give you the right answer.
Then itโs up to you to decide once you have the facts in hand what to do about it.
Who is feeling the Sunday blues creeping up?
If so, it sounds like you might need a little guidance in stepping up your career to a place youโre happy with.
And I have the perfect opportunity for you.
Iโm opening my career coaching program to those who want to level up their career and land their job in January 2023 and those who are committed and ready to make it happen and put the effort in.
Does this sound like you?
If so, DM me, and letโs talk. Space is only limited to 5 people - and one of them could be you!

Do you know how many people youโre up against for an average job?
Itโs probably more than you think.
The average number of people who apply for any given job is 118.
Just let that sink in for a second.
Thatโs a HUGE crowd to be a part of, so if you want to be the one that gets hired, you 100% need to stand out.
And thatโs only for an average job, not for the top ones out there that get 1000s of applications.
You donโt want to be that drop in the ocean.
You want to be the star that shines brighter than the rest.
The one that fits the job role like a perfect glove, better than anyone else.
Easy to say, right?
The question is...
How do you actually make it happen?
How do you get your application to the point where employers would be the ones putting their best foot forward because they only want to hire YOU?
You need to craft a perfectly designed strategy that can only work.
Itโs not rocket science, but there are specific methods to use that guarantee results.
Do you want results where you know that putting the effort in will guarantee you to land this job?
So if youโre ready to get 100% prepared for the January hiring wave so that itโs you that stands out the most, I have an opportunity for you.
Iโm launching my free masterclass on Monday, December 5th, where Iโll be guiding you through the application process so that you can be the one to land your dream job next.

Life throws you challenges all the time.
Sometimes when we least expect it.
Getting rejected from all the jobs.
Being made redundant at work.
Work hours extending into the night and weekends.
Or just not hitting the goals you wanted to, it can be easy to just say, โYou know what? I give up.โ
But giving up means youโve let the hurdles win.
If you want something, you canโt expect the path to be easy.
If you want something, you have to want ALL of it.
The journey, the challenges, and the final result.
Itโs all about mindset.
But I know that sometimes, resetting your outlook can be easier said than done.
If youโre in need of a mindset makeover, Iโm here to help.
Iโm launching my free masterclass on Monday, December 5th, where Iโll be guiding building your confidence and self-belief, as well as teaching you exactly how to stand out from the crowd so that YOU can be the one to land your dream job next.

Many of us got it wrong at the start.
Straight out of university, you venture into finding any job you can put your hands on.
Without thinking twice about its progression or if youโd really enjoy it more than other career paths.
Chasing company names, multinationals, salaries, and titles.
And after a decade and more, you realize you lost the appetite you had at the start, the drive, the motivation that kept you going.
You stay in the role because itโs comfortable.
Because you know how to do it with your eyes closed.
Because it has a great package.
Because this is what you know.
Because you donโt know what else to do.
But what if you donโt need to throw it all away?
Itโs not about starting from scratch. Itโs about selling your story to start a new one.
A new chapter.
A second book.
With a much better ending.
With more thrills.
More adventure.
More drive.
More fulfillment.
Fulfillment to the CORE of what you give.
This is your everyday life weโre talking about, after all.
Five days a week.
Why waste it away wishing on something else?
Donโt you want to fill that time with something that you love?
Something that lights you up.
Sparking that magic back in your eyes, same at the start of a relationship but keep the fire going.
If thatโs you and you need help, hit me up!

It's every engineer's dream to get into top product-based companies, some of us called them FAANG or MAANG. Here I am sharing the journey you will go through the interview process from Amazon.
(Source : Internet) :
Base Salary : 19LPA
Bonus : 6.5 LPA(Y1) + 5 LPA (Y2)
RSU : 15.5 LPA
Total Compensation : 46 LPA
Amazon conducts 4 rounds to select freshers as SDE (SDE-1) in their organization off campus. The following rounds are conducted:
- Online Coding Round
- 2 Technical Rounds
- Bar Raiser round
This round is hosted online and the candidates are presented with 2 coding questions, the questions are of intermediate difficulty, mainly from Arrays, strings, and matrices.
To clear this round, one should have a strong understanding of these data structures.
Time given is 70 minutes.
Technical rounds are face-to-face algorithmic rounds in which candidates are presented with 2-4 questions, all from data structures. The most commonly asked DSs are the matrix, binary tree, BST, and Linked list.
The same as the previous round, however, the difficulty is increased and more questions from Trees, BST, and Tries are asked. One should have a clear knowledge of tree-based recursion, and the standard questions based on it are a must.
Amazon has 16 leadership principles and questions are asked on those, and generally, these questions are asked in all the interview round and especially in Bar raiser round along with 1-2 DSA problems.
- Never postpone your interview(That might lead to many gaps in dates because multiple candidates are giving interviews.)
- Take the Bar Raiser round seriously(Always prepare for leadership principle questions, It is the most important round of the process.)
- Always focus on concepts(Never mug up the questions, always try to understand the questions.)
- Be confident about your answers(Never doubt yourself in the interview.)
- Always try explaining your approach before coding(It would be a better practice if you give a brute force approach.)
- Have a good understanding of time complexity(I was also asked TC of every question.)
Follow for more.
