⚖️ Article 124(4) & 217(1)(b)

🔹 Article 124(4) – Removal of SC Judges

- A judge of the Supreme Court shall not be removed from office except by an order of the President passed after an address by each House of Parliament, supported by a special majority, on grounds of proved misbehaviour or incapacity.

🔹 Article 217(1)(b) – Removal of HC Judges

- A Judge of the High Court may be removed by the President, in the same manner as prescribed under Article 124(4) for SC Judges.
