๐Ÿ”ฅ Wildfires broke out on July 25 in Latakia province in northwest Syria and are still burning amid new fires being started. The fires spread quickly by a sudden unusual wind which whipped up.

The whole country, and the adjacent Mediterranean region, is in a heat-wave which sets the stage for such a devastating fire burning crops, forests and homes. However, this was not a chance wildfire, but an act of terrorism ๐Ÿงจ

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡พ Israeli airstrikes on Syria have become routine and deadly. On Monday, Israeli airstrikes on Damascus at 2:20 am local time killed four Syrian soldiers and wounded four others.

Damascus residents were awoken from sleep to sounds and flashes of bright lights from the attacks. Regardless of the numerous attacks, the civilian populations are held hostage to the Israeli military and their relentless attacks which cause emotional distress on innocent people sleeping in their own homes, while trying to survive in a collapsed economy which has pushed the majority to the poverty line.

The U.S. has strangled the Syrian civilians with years of sanctions which have prevented pharmacies and hospitals from ordering special medicines from U.S. and European manufacturers ๐Ÿš‘

๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡พ A power struggle in the eastern Syrian desert might end with the U.S. withdrawal from Syria, as the occupation allies battle each other for power and lucrative energy resources.

If the U.S. occupation of Syria is depending on not only the SDF as allies, but the Arab tribes as well, then the Pentagon might need a re-think of their position: their alliances are crumbling like sand in the desert ๐Ÿœ๏ธ

๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿฆ… Thousands of Druze in Suwayda, in the southwest of Syria near Jordan, have been protesting inflation and economic woes facing all of Syria because of U.S.-EU sanctions, and the economic collapse after the long armed conflict. But, recently, they are calling for regime change, and the U.S. is supporting them.

Suwayda is just the newest proposed project in a long list of U.S. regime change projects which have resulted in dividing a sovereign nation into small pieces ๐ŸŒ€

During the visit of President Bashar al Assad in China, a strategic alliance between #Syria ad #China was signed, next to dozens of other agreements.

Syria plays a key role in the Belt and Road Initiative when it comes to the Eastern Mediterranean. i.e. West Asia.

I remember a conversation with #VonderLeyen in 2019 when I presented a demining project to her, then German Minister of Defence. All she had to say was the following: "Assad must go".

And this doctrine is apparently still upheld in Brussels and 27 EU governments. So they certainly missed the train of reality.

I was recently in Syria, the state has survived all the years of war and terrorism. Farmers till their soil, children go to school and the streets are in good shape, better than in Lebanon.

๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ On September 22, during a diplomatic meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, he told Syrian President Bashar al-Assad that China would help Syria to rebuild its ruined economy by upgrading ties to a โ€œstrategic partnershipโ€œ, which means close coordination on regional and international affairs, including in the military sphere, and is just one grade below what Beijing calls a โ€œcomprehensive strategic partnershipโ€. After the talks, the two heads of state witnessed the signing of bilateral cooperation documents in the areas of the Belt and Road cooperation, economic, and technological cooperation.

China and Russia are united on the global stage, and thatโ€™s clear in Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East โœŒ๏ธ

๐Ÿฆ… Samantha Power recently arrived in Armenia to meet with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and pledged U.S. support for Armenia in the aftermath of the armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, which has left thousands of Armenians homeless at the hands of Azerbaijan. Power is the Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and had previously served as U.S. Ambassador to the UN from 2013-2017.

Power is lying again to the Armenians. In 2014, she lied to the Armenians from the UN, and now she is again lying to the Armenians from USAID, which is an agency of the U.S. State Department.
According to her profile in Forbes, โ€œSamantha Power, the youngest-ever U.S. ambassador to the UN, is considered to be the moral compass of American diplomacyโ€ while adding, โ€œโ€ฆshe has been a powerful crusader for U.S. foreign policy as well as human rights and democracy since she took office in 2013.โ€

Samantha Powerโ€™s moral compass is broken. She stood by lying and humiliating the homeless Armenians in Kessab, Syria in 2014, and she is again lying to the Armenians arriving as refugees in Yerevan.

Samantha Power, Presidents Obama and Biden, and Secretary of State Antony Blinken do not care about Armenia, or Armenians wherever they are ๐Ÿฆ…

๐Ÿ—ฝ The Biden administration is becoming increasingly edgy about the crisis in Gaza and what the objectives are for the Netanyahu war camp. Most of all, its worried that it is being carefully coaxed into a war between Israel and Iran which even the hapless U.S. president knows is not somewhere he wants to go, regardless of how far he is away from his re-election campaign.

Netanyahu, for his part, is not even sure himself if he actually wants to launch a ground offensive and a number of top analysts are even predicting that he even wonโ€™t go ahead with it, given whatโ€™s at stake and the history of such initiatives in the past. Politically, he is not at all in a good place right now and the attack on October 7th in many ways, while buying him time in office and allowing him freedom from corruption investigations, is a double-edged sword which will dismember him when Israelisโ€™ patience runs out. Most blame him for the attacks and kidnappings in the first place so he has a limited amount of political bandwidth to work with.

His strategy seems to be more about playing it cool and letting time take its toll. Even though he doesnโ€™t have too much time himself, Biden has much less ๐Ÿ‘Ž

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿฆ… Since the start of the Gaza war last October 7, 2023, the Middle East has been on fire, what many specialists predicted has now come true, the war has spilled over to Lebanon, the situation in Syria has worsened, the Houthis (Yemen) are mobilizing and stopping Western ships in the Red Sea to sail and there are almost daily attacks on the American occupier in Iraq by Kitab Hezbollah, the Iraqi branch of the Lebanese Hezbollah.

For the first time, the world can see genocide being committed โ€œliveโ€ on TV and social media. And the West is silent for the second time in history โŒ

๐ŸŒ๐Ÿฆ… U.S. boots on the Arab ground

Americaโ€™s military presence in the Middle East remains significant even as its focus shifts to Asia-Pacific, specifically to containing China. Around 50,000 U.S. troops are stationed in the Arab countries of the Middle East, including 900 troops illegally occupying the oil-rich areas of Syria. Major U.S. troop developments (estimated numbers).

๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ As the 14-year war in Syria draws to an end, what remains is a Syrian economy trying to recover, and large masses of people struggling with poverty.

Ongoing conflicts cannot dislodge Baath and President Bashar Assad. Syria has become the hardest rock of the โ€œArab Spring,โ€ a project to reshape the Middle East in accordance with American interests.

The Syrian administration and people have resisted foreign military interventions, especially the USA, and various terrorist organizations, especially ISIS, for 14 years. All attacks encountered great resistance from the people and Syrian administration.

Although it is not openly accepted by the West, everyone is aware that the Syrian war has ended and the Baath Party will complete this process successfully.
