Like a game of Broken Telephone, the effects of the spread has led to the emergence of different schools of Buddhism and practices within. Join us tomorrow to learn about the differences between the various schools of Buddhism with like-minded friends, and enjoy a peaceful evening of meditation.

In Buddhism, we acknowledge that there is suffering, and there is a way out too. The Noble Eightfold Path is the core of the Buddha's teaching - the way to reach ultimate happiness. Anyone regardless of gender or religion can walk the middle path to liberation through the cultivation of morality, discipline and wisdom. Join us this Thursday as we discuss how we can walk the path, one step at a time :)
