А почему нет такого же праздника солидарности регуляторов? Может быть, еще не ощутили социальной группой, и остаются - так сказал бы французский социолог Пьер Бурдье - «классом на бумаге»?

Является ли вообще регулирование профессией? Если кто-то работает в регулирующем органе, на вопрос - чем он или она зарабатывает на жизнь, разве ответ прозвучит «Я - регулятор»? Вряд ли. И это несмотря на то, что регулирование, как и преподавание, медицина или финансовый менеджмент, требует специальных знаний и подготовки, имеет стандарты деятельности и предполагает создание added value.
