⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦💡 @RybarAnalysis: Attacks by Russian Forces on Ukraine's Energy System on 22 Oct 2022 to 12:00⚡️

🔎 Rybar's team continues its daily analysis of the consequences of systemic fire attacks on Ukraine's energy system. This morning, the Russian Armed Forces once again launched massive strikes.

🔻 List of likely targets to be hit:

▪️ #Volyn and #Rivne Regions:

The outages in #Rivne and #Lutsk can be explained by a strike on the 330kV open switchgear (OSG) of the #Rivne NPP. But we doubt it: it is more likely that the strikes hit the #Lutsk - Severnaya 330 kV substation and the #Rivne 330 kV substation.

▪️ #Kirovograd Region:

As power outages were detected in Golovanevsky and Kropivnitsky districts, the Russian Forces may have hit the Pobuzhskaya 330/110 kV substation (two 330/110 kV autotransformers and one 150/35 kV transformer).

▪️ #Odessa Region:

Judging by the pattern of power outages, Russian Forces have hit the #Usatovo substation. It is unlikely that the strike hit the substation's general control station (GCS) as the open switchgear (OSG) is operational. The substation has three 330/110kV autotransformers and one of which was most likely hit.

Despite the outages in the #Podolsk region, we could not confirm that the 330 kV Podolskaya substation was affected. Because then the picture of the power distribution would have been different.

Behind the power outage in #Yuzhnoye is most likely a strike on the #Ajalyk 330/110 kV substation. Where exactly it was hit cannot be said without further information. The hit is indirectly confirmed and explained by increased overflows from Romania.

The outage in #Mayaki indicates a probable impact on the Novoodesskaya 330/110 kV substation. The situation is similar as at the #Usatovo substation: if there was a strike, it was not at the open switchgear, but at one of the two autotransformers. The 330 kV switchgear is operational.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in the #Kherson Direction until 12:00 on 7 May 2023⚡️

In the #Kherson region, there is an accumulation of personnel along the #Dnieper River. In the vicinity of #Kherson, communication base stations are disconnected and mobile devices are taken away for camouflage purposes.

🔹In the Golaya Pristan sector, SBU officers detained several local residents of #Kizomys village. They were accused of sabotage activities and complicity with #Russia.

🔹To the North, at the Posad-Pokrovskoye - #Zelenovka line, as well as near #Shevchenkovo, two Bayraktar TB2 drones operated. They provided target designation for artillery from the #Kutsurub and #Antonovka areas.

▪️ To the southwest of #Kherson, the presence of Signals Intelligence units was noted on the islands of Belogrudy and Bolshoy Potyomkin, and a manoeuvre electronic reconnaissance group arrived in #Kherson.

▪️ Artillery and mortar crews of the AFU's 406th Separate Artillery Brigade and 126th Territorial Defence Brigade are shelling the left bank of the #Dnieper River. A Grad-P PRPU based on a Mitsubishi L200 is operating in the vicinity of #Ukrainka.

🔹In the #Kherson region, reconnaissance signs indicate that preparations to intensify combat operations are nearing completion. AFU units are concentrating near the right bank. At the same time, assault units are still trying to gain a foothold on the islands near #Kherson.

One of the units of the newly established 82 Airborne Assault Brigade has arrived at the combined arms training area in Shirokiy Lana. The unit will be further manned with the most trained men from the Territorial Defence and sent for combat coordination.

In addition, a railway convoy of the 21st Mechanized Brigade has been formed in #Podolsk, #Odessa region, on the border with #Transnistria. According to preliminary data, the convoy with people and armoured vehicles departed in the direction of #Nikolayev.

It is currently unclear what the destination of the 21st Brigade will be - it could be #Kherson direction or other parts of the front, including the #Zaporozhye region.

🔹This afternoon, Ukrainian formations launched strikes with Storm Shadow cruise missiles on the #Chongar and #Tonky road bridges between #Crimea and the #Kherson region. One man was injured. Such strikes will continue. The AFU is thus trying to disrupt the supply of the RF Armed Forces grouping on the southern front.

🔹 In addition, Ukrainian formations launched a new attack on #Moscow, but this time unsuccessfully. An enemy drone was shot down on the approach to the capital near #Podolsk. The AFU also continues to terrorise civilians in new regions of #Russia and border regions of the country with shelling.

🔹 On the front, the enemy is active in the #Soledar and #Zaporozhye directions. AFU armoured groups with tanks and light equipment attacked in the #Berkhovka area west of #Bakhmut, on the #Vremyevka ledge and near #Rabotino in the #Orekhov section. Overall, the situation has somewhat stabilised.

🔹 Meanwhile, negotiations to resolve the conflict without #Russia's participation continue in Saudi Arabia. According to the US publication The Wall Street Journal, the Ukrainian side this time did not insist on the so-called "Zelensky Formula", which implies a complete withdrawal of Russian troops from the territories that #Ukraine considers its own.

📋🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Two Majors #Report for the Morning of 7 August 2023; pub. 06:59📍

▪️ South of #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut), the AFU is not stopping its attacks on #Kleshcheyevka. The Nazis are demolishing houses to the ground with tank and artillery fire, and are trying to fill basements. Acting in small groups of infantry, the enemy is trying to consolidate while moving forward.

▪️ On the northern flank of #Artyomovsk from the side of #Berkhovskoye water reservoir our paratroopers repelled an attack of the AFU from 4 tanks and 6 armoured vehicles, only 1 armoured personnel carrier managed to escape the fire of the RF Armed Forces.

▪️ In the #Orekhov section of the #Zaporozhye front, the enemy is operating with foreign-made armoured personnel carriers, trying to bring personnel to the frontline. The vehicles are destroyed by our ATGM operators.

▪️ In the #Vremyevka sector, the AFU yesterday tried to attack in the direction of #Urozhaynoye with up to two motorised infantry platoons supported by tanks.

▪️ In the #Kherson direction, the enemy is extremely active with drones for reconnaissance and artillery fire correction. Not for the first day from the direction, including from the area of the #Antonovsky Bridge, we have received reports about our problems with the organisation of electronic and counterbattery warfare. Nevertheless, the enemy does not achieve success when operating on the islands in small landing groups, constantly losing personnel.

▪️ The AFU yesterday officially confirmed strikes with Storm Shadow missiles on civilian infrastructure, the #Chongar and #Tonky road bridges between #Crimea and the #Kherson region.

▪️ Near the capital of #Russia, an enemy UAV was shot down on approach to the capital in the vicinity of #Podolsk.

▪️ The shelling of the civilian population of the frontline regions continues. In the #DPR, nine civilians have been wounded.
