▪️ The AFU is rotating the personnel of the defence units in #Gryanikovka, #Dvurechnoye, #Kucherovka, Kupyansk-Uzlovoye and #Kupyansk.

▪️ The enemy is aware of the activity of Russian reconnaissance and sabotage groups near #Kislovka and #Novoselovskoye. The RF Armed Forces' SRGs are scanning at the forward positions of the AFU in this area.

▪️ At the same time, two Ukrainian SRGs from the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade operate in the vicinity of #Makeyevka, monitoring the movements of Russian troops in the direction of #Svatovo.

▪️ Due to the drop in air temperatures, the AFU formations are having problems with communication and the use of UAVs. In addition, cases of frostbite have increased in the AFU's 14th and 92nd Mechanized Brigades. The hospital in #Koshkarovka is overcrowded with people having limb injuries.

▪️ Additional to the 122nd Battalion of the AFU's 81st Airmobile Brigade also personnel from its 90th Battalion and US mercenaries have been deployed.

📌 Along the entire front line in #Starobelsk direction, practically mutual artillery fire and local sorties by sabotage groups continue.

The AFU currently does not have sufficient resources for a simultaneous major offensive against #Svatovo and #Kremennaya from the #Liman direction.

At the same time, against the background of the loss of #Soledar and the possible approach of the RF Armed Forces from the south to #Seversk, the Ukrainian command moved reinforcements to the #Seversk agglomeration to level out the danger from the direction of #Shipilovka and #Lisichansk.

It is likely that the enemy will withdraw some resources from the #Starobelsk direction to support the #Bakhmut garrison and attempt to attack the RF Armed Forces' positions near #Shipilovka to reach #Lisichansk and threaten the towns of #Kremennaya and #Rubezhnoye from the Seversky Donets river.

And if personnel and armoured vehicles intended for the #Kremennaya offensive are transferred to the #Bakhmut area, the AFU may attempt a counterattack on #Soledar in order to regain lost positions.

▪️ In #Kharkov region, the RF Armed Forces struck Ukrainian army facilities in #Uda, #Liptsy, #Volchansk, #Ambarnoye and #Staritsa near the border with Russia.

🔹In the #Kupyansk Sector, there are no significant changes. Artillery duels are taking place along the line of contact. At the same time, the AFU engineering units are equipping strongholds, as well as setting up false firing positions using mock-ups.

▪️ On the frontlines, sappers of the 14th Mechanized Brigade have mined the approaches to #Kupyansk, and also put mine obstacles along the #Oskol river at the #Dvurechnaya - #Figolevka - #Krasnoye 1 line. Reinforcements from the 14th Brigade with armoured vehicles arrived in the #Kucherovka area.

🔹In the #Liman Sector, Russian troops are conducting a positional offensive near #Makeyevka and Balka Zhuravka. As a result of fierce fighting, the RF Armed Forces were able to expand their zone of control, dislodging the AFU from several strongholds and capturing 15 militants.

🔹In the #Kharkov Region along the borders with the DPR and LPR, the AFU command continues to accumulate reserves. Ukrainian formations are shelling settlements in #Belgorod region on a daily basis, and UAVs continue to be launched from field airfields in the direction of #Moscow.

▪️ A reconnaissance group of the AFU's 67th Mechanized Brigade's 1st Rifle Battalion arrived in the #Liptsov area. Meanwhile, the formation of new formations of the so-called "offensive guard" continues in #Kharkov. Echelons of equipment and people are arriving in the city.

▪️ Volunteers are being recruited for the Spartan Assault Battalion in the #Kharkov region. Its combat training takes place in #Kharkov itself: at the moment the unit is about 50% complete.

🔹 In #Kupyansk sector, there are no significant changes. The AFU continues to reinforce its forward positions. By 7 May, a unit of the 3rd Separate Tank Brigade from #Gelmyazovo is expected to arrive north of #Kupyansk.

▪️ At the #Kupyansk - #Kucherovka line, the forces of AFU's 1st Battalion of the 14th Mechanized Brigade and 2 Battalions of the Foreign Defense Legion of Ukraine are concentrated. And the 63th Howitzer SAU Art. Division of the 3rd Brigade has been moved to the #Dvurechnaya area.

🔹In #Svatovo Section, AFU troops are shelling Russian positions. There is a shortage of 120mm mortar rounds at the front. The RAV depots hold the existing stockpiles as an untouchable reserve.

🔹 In #Liman Sector, additional units from an unidentified AFU unit have been moved near #Kramatorsk. In addition, a recon team of the Air Assault Forces' 77th Separate Airmobile Brigade arrived in #Yampol.
➖ The paratroopers of the 77th Brigade are highly likely to replace the forces of the 1st Rifle Battalion of the 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade, which lost 100 of its 170 men killed due to several Russian SRG sorties and artillery strikes at the #Yampol - #Grigorovka line.

🔹In the area of​​#Kupyansk, the RF Armed Forces continue to hit strongholds and places of concentration of Ukrainian formations. The AFU 14th Mechanized Brigade suffered serious losses after the restoration of combat capability. As a result of one of the strikes, 75 people were injured.

▪️ To reinforce the grouping, units of the AFU 41st Mechanized Brigade without a tank battalion were deployed to #Kupyansk and its surroundings, which was coordinated at the training ground in Shirokoye Lane.

📌 Given the fact that large concentrations of the AFU are noted along the entire LPR border, the likelihood of a constraining strike against the Russian Army is high. Especially given that the RF Armed Forces have managed to gain a foothold on the opposite bank of the #Oskol.
